Pat Travers
Best Of The Blues Plus Live!
The Story
Pat Travers, one of the staples of American blues/rock, presents a retrospective of his recent work titled "Best Of The Blues Plus Live!" This record captures Pat's most incredible Blues Bureau International performances on the first eight tracks (taken from his first five BB CDs - "Blues Tracks", "Just A Touch", "Blues Magnet", "Halfway To Somewhere" and "Lookin' Up") as well as some of Pat's most memorable live tracks. The classic live material comprises the last five cuts and was recorded in September of 1997 with Sean Shannon on drums and Kevin Rian on bass and vocals. The centerpiece is a ten minute medley, featuring the songs "Makin' Magic", "Rock 'N' Roll Susie", "Gettin Betta'" and "I La La La Love You".
